The Yakatabune cruise up and down the Sumida River. The houseboats are actually floating restaurant and party boats. Business for the past couple of years has been quite tough due to the unspecified virus of unknown origin, but business is starting to pick up again. Currently, most customers are locals due to the strict rules laid out for international tourists. Hopefully, rules will start to ease and visitors will be able to roam about freely and take advantage of all that Tokyo has to offer.
